To enroll a student in Tyngsborough Public Schools, the following information is required:

1. Proof of Residency
2. Proof of Immunization and medical physical exam (within 6 months before entering).
Required immunizations include:
DTP
Polio
Hepatitis B
MMR
Varicella Vaccine or physician certified reliable history of chicken pox
Lead test
3. Birth Certificate
