   <div class="edit"><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Dear Tyngsborough Community:</p><p dir="ltr">Since beginning my work as Superintendent of the Tyngsborough Public Schools on October 25, 2016, I have had the opportunity to see our school district through a different lens utilizing the Entry Plan Process. My transition into this role has felt seamless thanks to the unwavering support of the Tyngsborough Public School Committee, parents and community members, the administrative teams at each school, and the professionals within the teaching ranks particularly the leadership of the Tyngsborough Teachers Association.</p></div><p></p>

            <p></p><div class="edit"><p dir="ltr">Over the past several months, I have focused on listening and learning more about our school system, as part of an entry plan process, which will help establish a strategic vision for district improvement. To positively effect change, it is imperative for us to first fully understand where we are as a district, and what our priorities are as a school community. This has been accomplished by meeting with school and community stakeholders who have identified areas of strength, as well as areas to target for improvement. Additionally, the opportunity to conduct interviews, review survey responses, and examine internal documents and data has provided a broad perspective of our district that is embedded in these findings. Further, providing authentic input from both parents and students has proven to be invaluable and will help inform our decision-making process moving forward.</p><p dir="ltr">A theory of action will frame our strategy for district improvement and will be developed and implemented to achieve common goals that emerge from a data analysis of trend responses (qualitative) and a comprehensive review of achievement patterns and district demographics (quantitative).
